I.I Myeni Attorneys Incorporated was established by Ms. Ingiphile Myeni (A young, vibrant and energetic black female attorney) with the sole aim of providing affordable and efficient professional legal services to both the South African and International communities at large.

GETTING TO KNOW OUR FOUNDER
Ms. Ingiphile Ingrid Myeni attained a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree from the University of South Africa and is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with extensive knowledge in a number of practice areas, contributing to her expanded knowledge and unique experience.
Ms. Myeni specialises in, inter alia, all aspects of Commercial Law (drafting, negotiating, vetting agreements), Commercial and General Litigation, Insurance law, Trust Law, Family Law and Dispute Resolution (mediation and arbitration). Her commercial knowledge and prior litigation experience assists clients to adopt a more practical approach to negotiations. Apart from focusing on commercial law, Myeni is an accomplished litigator and an expert in all aspects of labour law, appearing frequently in disciplinary hearings (on behalf of clients or as chairperson), the bargaining council and the CCMA.
