1. ADMINISTRATION OF DECEASED ESTATES PRACTICE
The estate of a deceased person must be reported to the Master of the High Court within 14 days of the date of death. Any person that has control or possession of any property or a will of the deceased, can report the death by lodging a completed death notice with the Master. An executor of the estate is normally nominated in the will to do this as well as carry out the directives you set out in your will.

4. DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES
The National Debt Collection Act 114 of 1998 regulates the process of collecting debts in South Africa. Debt collection is when an attorney, a person who is an agent of an attorney or a registered debt collector collects, on behalf of the credit provider, an outstanding amount plus lawful interest, admin costs and collection fees, which by law is capped to certain amounts.
